Typically I don't write reviews. In this case I had to, this is a first class operation. We had 3 adults and to kids in car seats. The Flex was perfect, roomy and very comfortable. Hans kept in touch via text so there was no guessing about times or locations. The conversation was interesting and Hans ever got the kids involved. We had a flight cancel and Hans quickly rescheduled to meet our needs. There is no question; this is the best ride in town!
